Micro-Study（網址：https://www.micro-study.com，以下稱「本平台」）為學習平台，主要使用者為教師與學生家庭。本政策依中華民國《個人資料保護法》（以下稱「個資法」）第 8 條規定告知您下列事項。請於使用本平台前詳細閱讀。
Micro-Study (https://www.micro-study.com, hereinafter "the Platform") is an online learning platform used by teachers and the families of their students. This policy informs you of the matters required by Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China ("PDPA"). Please read it before using the Platform.

本平台依以下特定目的蒐集您的個人資料（依法務部頒定特定目的代號）：
We collect personal data only for the following specific purposes (designated codes from Taiwan's Ministry of Justice):
本平台不蒐集下列特種個人資料：醫療、基因、性生活、健康檢查或犯罪前科。學生帳戶不要求提供身分證號或出生年月日。
We do not collect special-category data under PDPA Article 6 (medical, genetic, sexual life, health examination, criminal records). Student accounts do not require national ID numbers or full dates of birth.
期間：自帳戶建立起至帳戶刪除後 6 個月（伺服器備份循環週期），用於商業會計法規定之付費紀錄則保存 5 年。
地區：資料儲存於中華民國境內伺服器。如有跨境傳輸需要（例如必要之雲端服務），將事先取得您之同意並確認接收國具有相當之個資保護水準。
對象：本平台不對外提供您的個人資料。下列情形除外：
方式：自動化或人工方式之蒐集、處理及利用。
Period: From account creation until 6 months after account deletion (server backup cycle). Payment records retained for 5 years per Taiwan's Business Accounting Act.
Region: Data is stored on servers within the Republic of China (Taiwan). Should cross-border transfer become necessary (e.g. unavoidable cloud services), we will obtain your consent first and verify that the recipient country offers an adequate level of protection.

依個資法第 3 條規定，您就本平台所持有您之個人資料，得行使下列權利：
請以電子郵件來函 hello@micro-study.com，並提供足以證明身分之資訊。本平台將於收到請求後 15 日內回覆；情況特殊得延長 15 日。如本平台依法律規定或為履行契約必要而拒絕您之請求，將以書面說明理由。
Email hello@micro-study.com with sufficient information to verify your identity. We will respond within 15 days; this period may be extended by another 15 days where reasonable. If we decline a request because the law requires us to retain the data or because retention is necessary to perform our contract with you, we will explain the reason in writing.
您得自由選擇是否提供個人資料。但若拒絕提供必要欄位（如使用者帳號、顯示名稱、學齡分級），本平台將無法為您建立帳戶、儲存學習紀錄，或提供教師可見之班級服務。
You may freely choose whether to provide personal data. However, if you decline to provide required fields (username, display name, class level), we cannot create your account, save learning records, or surface your child to their teacher's class roster.
本平台之學生帳戶通常由家長或教師代為建立。依民法及個資法，未滿 7 歲者為無行為能力人，7 歲以上未滿 18 歲者為限制行為能力人，相關個人資料之提供與處理須經法定代理人同意。家長註冊家庭帳戶時，視為已就其未成年子女之個人資料給予同意。
家長或法定代理人得隨時要求查詢、更正或刪除其子女之個人資料；請依第 5 條方式來函辦理。
Student accounts are typically created by a parent or teacher. Under Taiwan's Civil Code and PDPA, individuals under 7 lack legal capacity and those aged 7–17 have limited capacity; their data may be processed only with consent from a legal representative. When a parent registers a family account, that is treated as consent for their minor child's data.
Parents or legal representatives may request access, correction, or deletion of their child's data at any time using the contact method in Section 5.
本平台使用一個工作階段 cookie 維持您之登入狀態；若您勾選「記住我」，則另設置一個長效 cookie。瀏覽器之 localStorage 可能用於暫存少量介面偏好（如最後開啟之分頁）。本平台不使用第三方追蹤 cookie 或行為廣告 pixel。
We use one session cookie to keep you logged in; if you tick "remember me", a long-lived cookie is also set. Your browser's localStorage may cache small UI preferences (e.g. last opened tab). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral-advertising pixels.
本平台採取下列技術及組織措施：密碼以單向雜湊（password hash）儲存、全站使用 HTTPS、後臺管理權限限於少數具名帳號並留有變更紀錄、定期備份並檢視伺服器存取紀錄。
We use one-way password hashing, site-wide HTTPS, role-based administrative access limited to a small number of named accounts with audit logs, regular backups, and periodic review of server access logs.
若發生個人資料遭竊取、洩漏、竄改或其他侵害事件，本平台將於知悉後 72 小時內，以電子郵件、平台公告或其他適當方式通知受影響之當事人，並依個資法第 12 條報請主管機關。
In the event of theft, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or other infringement of personal data, we will notify affected individuals within 72 hours of becoming aware — by email, in-platform notice, or other appropriate channel — and report to the competent authority as required by PDPA Article 12.
本政策隨平台演進得適時修訂，修訂日期將更新於頁首。重大變更將於登入頁面公告。
This policy may be updated as the Platform evolves; the "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly. Material changes will be highlighted on the signup page.
本政策之解釋及適用，以中華民國法律為準據法。因本政策所生之爭議，雙方合意以【臺灣臺北地方法院／其他地方法院 — 待營業登記地址確認】為第一審管轄法院。
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of 【Taiwan Taipei District Court / other district court — to be confirmed once business address is registered】 as the court of first instance.
