歡迎使用 Micro-Study 微學習（網址：https://www.micro-study.com，以下稱「本平台」、「我們」）。本使用條款（以下稱「本條款」）為您與我們之間就使用本平台所成立之合約。您建立帳戶、勾選同意，或開始使用本平台之服務，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意受本條款拘束。
Welcome to Micro-Study 微學習 (https://www.micro-study.com, "the Platform", "we"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a contract between you and us governing your use of the Platform. By creating an account, ticking the consent box, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

本平台為線上學習服務，包括但不限於：分齡分級之教育遊戲、閱讀理解故事、學習進度追蹤、教師班級管理工具、家長進度查看介面。我們得隨時新增、修改或停止部分功能而不另行通知。
The Platform is an online learning service that includes, but is not limited to: age-banded educational games, reading-comprehension stories, learning-progress tracking, teacher classroom management tools, and parent progress views. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
家長帳戶：須經教師發送之邀請連結始得註冊，並由家長代表其未成年子女建立學生帳戶。家長即為其子女個人資料之法定代理人。
教師帳戶：採自助申請、管理員審核機制。管理員得依專業判斷決定核准與否，並得隨時撤銷。
管理員帳戶：由本平台內部建立及管理。
您應對帳戶下之一切活動負責，並妥善保管密碼。發現帳戶有未經授權使用或安全疑慮時，應立即通知我們。
Parent accounts: Created via a teacher-issued invite link. A parent represents their minor child(ren) as legal guardian.
Teacher accounts: Self-request with administrator approval. The administrator may grant or revoke teacher status at their professional discretion.
Administrator accounts: Created and managed internally by the Platform.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security concern.
試用期：新註冊家長帳戶享有 30 日免費試用，期滿後須付費方能繼續使用付費功能（如線上閱讀館）。試用期內您隨時得停止使用，無須支付任何費用。
付費方案：以月計算，由本平台或教師依實際情形手動啟用，並由管理員透過 LINE 或其他協議付款方式收取費用。費用、計算方式及啟用機制以本平台公告或雙方協議為準。
退費：依消費者保護法規定，您於付款後 7 日內得無條件解除契約並請求退費。逾 7 日之退費請求，將依使用情形酌情處理。
免費招待（Comp）：管理員得依專業判斷給予部分使用者免費招待之使用權，此類使用權不得轉讓並得隨時撤銷。
Free trial: New parent accounts receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial, payment is required to continue using paid features (such as the online Reading Lab). You may discontinue use at any time during the trial without charge.
Paid subscription: Billed monthly. Activation is manual — by the Platform or by your teacher — and payment is collected by the administrator via LINE or another agreed channel. Fees, billing periods, and activation procedure follow the Platform's posted terms or the parties' agreement.
Refunds: Under the Consumer Protection Act, you may rescind the contract and request a refund without cause within 7 days of payment. Refund requests after 7 days are handled on a case-by-case basis according to usage.
Complimentary access: Administrators may grant complimentary access at their discretion. Such access is non-transferable and revocable at any time.

本平台之所有內容，包含但不限於：遊戲、教材、文字、圖像、音訊、影片、軟體、商標及視覺設計，均為本平台或其授權人所有，並受著作權、商標權及其他智慧財產權法律之保護。除依本條款明示授權外，您不得重製、改作、散布、公開傳輸、公開展示、出租或為任何商業利用。
您於使用範圍內取得有限、不可轉讓、非專屬之使用權，僅限於個人或所屬班級之教學使用。本授權自帳戶終止時自動失效。
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to games, learning materials, text, images, audio, video, software, trademarks, and visual design — is owned by the Platform or its licensors and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, publicly display, rent, or commercially exploit any of it.
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for your own personal or classroom educational purposes. The license terminates automatically when your account is terminated.
教師或學生於本平台所提交之內容（如作業上傳、教師回饋、留言）由提交者保有著作權。為提供服務之必要，您授權本平台得於服務範圍內重製、儲存、顯示及傳送該等內容予相關之家長、教師及管理員。
您應確保所提交之內容未侵害他人權利，並就其合法性自行負責。本平台得依本條款移除違規內容。
Content you submit to the Platform — homework uploads, teacher feedback, messages — remains your property. You grant the Platform a license to reproduce, store, display, and transmit such content to the relevant parents, teachers, and administrators, solely as needed to provide the service.
You warrant that the content you submit does not infringe the rights of others and is your responsibility legally. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
我們得隨時新增、修改、暫停或終止本平台之全部或部分功能。重大變更將於登入頁面或以電子郵件通知。因系統維護、升級、停電、網路中斷或不可抗力所致之服務中斷，本平台不負賠償責任。
您得隨時停止使用本平台並要求刪除帳戶。我們亦得於以下情形終止您之帳戶：違反本條款、長期未使用、付費期間屆滿且未續訂、依法律或主管機關之要求。終止後之資料處理依隱私權政策辦理。
We may add, modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Platform at any time. Material changes will be announced on the login page or by email. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, power outages, network failures, or force majeure.
You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate your account if: you breach these Terms, your account is dormant for an extended period, your paid period has lapsed without renewal, or termination is required by law or by a competent authority. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy.
本平台依現狀（as-is）及現有可用性（as-available）提供。我們不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤或可達特定目的之適用性。教育內容雖經審慎編製，但僅供學習參考，不構成正式之學校學歷或檢定保證。
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Educational content is curated with care but is provided for learning purposes only and does not constitute a formal school credential or examination guarantee.
於法律所允許之最大範圍內，本平台、其員工、合作夥伴及授權人對於下列損害不負責任：間接、附隨、特別、衍生或懲罰性損害；資料遺失、營業利益損失、學業成績未達預期。本平台之累積責任以您於請求事故發生前 12 個月內所支付予本平台之費用總額為上限。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, its employees, partners, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data; loss of business profits; or any failure of educational outcome to meet expectation. Our cumulative liability is capped at the total amount you paid to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
您因違反本條款、違反法律、或侵害第三人權利所致本平台之損害（含合理之律師費），您同意負賠償責任。
You agree to indemnify the Platform for damages arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
本平台對您個人資料之蒐集、處理及利用，依《隱私權政策》辦理。隱私權政策為本條款之一部分。
Our collection, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
我們得隨時修訂本條款。修訂後將更新頁首之「最後更新」日期，重大變更並將於登入頁面公告或以電子郵件通知。修訂後您繼續使用本平台即視為接受新版本。
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced on the login page or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after revision constitutes acceptance.
本條款之解釋及適用，以中華民國法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議，雙方同意先以誠信協商解決；協商不成時，合意以【臺灣臺北地方法院／其他地方法院 — 待業登地址確認】為第一審管轄法院。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Failing that, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of 【Taiwan Taipei District Court / other district court — to be confirmed once business address is registered】 as the court of first instance.
本條款與隱私權政策構成您與本平台間就服務使用之完整協議。如本條款之任一條款經法院認定為無效或不可執行，其餘條款仍為有效。
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding use of the service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
